Lauren Demarest
Co-Founder & CEO at Sweat Booker and Sweat Vacay
With 8 years of experience at McCann Ericson, the world’s largest advertising firm, Lauren has built brands and advertising campaigns for some of the best brands around the globe including L’Oreal Paris, General Mills, Lockhead Martin and Jose Cuervo.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Photography and Communications from Guilford College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Sweat Booker is Laurens 3rd start-up. She spent 2019. in Greece for her venture Sweat Vacay building the network of Greek fitness professionals that laid the groundwork, making Sweat Booker possible.
Lauren was Stages Indoor Cycling trained by Master Trainer Javier Santin. And was Booty Bar trained by Nicole L’vov. She practices yoga, Pilates, and ballet and has a passion for making wellness available to people throughout the Mediterranean. She loves the natural beauty of Greece, and taking it all in through the lens of wellness and fitness with her Sweat Vacay lineup.
