Specialized in Foreign Direct Investments and investment Migration, Christina is the founder and managing partner of “Georgaki and Partners Law Firm” based in Athens and Thessaloniki. During the last 14 years, she has managed to establish an extensive network of associate lawyers in Greece and Cyprus. Christina’s main objective is to meet the needs of each individual client and provide bespoke, integrated legal solutions. Having handled from A to Z each aspect for more than 3000 cases of foreign direct investments in Greece in diversified industries, Christina is equipped with the qualification, knowledge, and experience to operate within an absolutely international and competitive environment, securing her clients’ interests and enhancing their wealth.
Christina has adopted ceaseless learning as a way of life. Following her graduation from Law School of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, she was accepted to the MBA program of University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, graduating with distinction. Consequently, she has been trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution becoming a Certified Mediator in UK and Greece and a Chartered International Arbitrator.
Furthermore, enhancing her professional skillset, she has been awarded the Certification in Investment Migration from Investment Migration Council and attended the Masterclass in Negotiations for Lawyers of Harvard University. Currently, Christina is a PhD candidate at Warwick Business School. Admitted to the Bar Association in 2007, she became a Supreme Court Lawyer in 2016, while being an active member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, London Court of Arbitrators and International Migration Council.
